SIMSBURY, CT – June 30, 2014 – Simsbury Bank is pleased to announce that Megan Shufelt has been promoted to the officer position of Assistant Treasurer and Electronic Banking Channel Manager. In this role, Ms. Shufelt will be responsible for the management, planning, development and customer support of Simsbury Bank’s eBanking products and services.

Ms. Shufelt has a significant background in online banking management and a passion for customer service. She has over 10 years of banking and financial experience. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked for TD Bank as an Customer Service Representative. She joined Simsbury Bank in 2010 as an Operations Assistant and was then appointed Electronic Banking and Payment Systems administrator. Megan is currently enrolled in the Connecticut School of Finance and Management.
