Commercial Lender, Central Connecticut Market
This seasoned Commercial Lender will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial banking relationships in the Central Connecticut area (Bloomfield, Granby, West Hartford, Hartford and Windsor Locks) to middle market customers. Average loan sizes range from $500,000- 2MM. Responsibilities include identifying and developing potential commercial lending opportunities, calling on prospective borrowers, working with the Credit department in the analysis of financial data for new or renewed loans, recommending significant loans to the Credit Committee, and cross-selling Bank products and services. This is an opportunity for the right candidate who is looking for an attractive opportunity to be with a forward thinking and stable organization who values talent.

Must possess a minimum of 4-6 years of commercial lending experience in a commercial bank, community bank or savings institution, strong credit, business development and sales experience. A Bachelors Degree coupled with strong analytical and relationship management skills is also required. Strong communications and presentations skills are also essential. Working understanding of a variety of loan products and the ability to network with attorneys, accountants and other referral sources will complete the winning formula for success.

Mortgage Specialists
Senior Mortgage Specialist builds community relationships and referral sources in assigned territory, counsels customers on product selection, takes applications, and monitors and ensures the progression of the application to closing. Networks to develop business. Self-manages marketing efforts with financial support from Bank.

Required: Knowledge of all applicable compliance regulations. Ambitious, independent, self starter. Understanding of secondary market guidelines. Minimum of 2 years of loan origination experience.

Commissioned position. Must have an established book-of-business. Bank is seeking home lending business in the counties of Hartford, Litchfield, Tolland and northern New Haven and northern Middlesex.

Senior Accountant, full time, Administrative Office.
Manage reconciliation of GL accounts process, monthly management reports, assist in quarterly & annual financial reporting, monitor and maintain daily cash position, maintain fixed assets and prepaid systems. Prefer an Accounting degree with 3 to 5 years of bank accounting experience.
