Martin Geitz has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Simsbury Bank since 2004. During his over 25 year banking career, Martin led the formation and was President of Cigna Bank & Trust and held a variety of senior positions with Fleet Financial Group. Martin is Chairman of the Board of the Hartford Economic Development Corp. and is a trustee of McLean, the Simsbury Free Library, and the Charter Oak State College Foundation. He is also a member of the Simsbury-Granby Rotary Club.

Tony Bisceglio has been Chief Financial Officer of Simsbury Bank since 1995 and is responsible for the Bank’s accounting, treasury, risk management and strategic planning. Prior to joining the Bank, Tony held senior financial positions with Shawmut National Corporation. Tony is on the Connecticut Bankers Association's Management Development Committee, is a Board member of the Financial Managers Society and Chairman of its Strategic Issues Council, serves on the Economic Policy Survey Panel of the National Association for Business Economics and is a member of the American Finance Association.

Paul Little has been Chief Lending Officer of Simsbury Bank since 2006 and is responsible for the Bank’s commercial and consumer lending, credit risk management, and loan operations. Prior to joining the Bank, Paul held commercial real estate lending positions with Liberty Bank and Savings Bank of Manchester. Paul is Warden at St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church, and is active with the Boy Scouts and School Students Publishing Center in Berlin.

Michael Sheahan is the Mortgage and Consumer Loan Department Head and leads the Bank’s mortgage and consumer lending sales and service including origination, underwriting and processing, and compliance. Prior to joining the Bank, Mike was the Mortgage Lending Division Head at Webster Financial and before that had a long career in mortgage and consumer financial services and online services with Shawmut Bank, Meca Software, and Centerbank Mortgage. Mike is a volunteer supporting participation in high school athletics and youth counseling.

Howard Zern is Chief Bank Operations, Retail and Technology Officer and is responsible for the Bank’s Operations, Information Technology, Internet Banking, Telephone Banking and ATM network as well as product management.  He is also responsible for customer service through the Bank’s branches and its retail products and services.  Prior to joining the Bank, Howard held a variety of positions with Hartford National Bank and its successors over almost 30 years including Corporate Training Manager, Branch Regional Manager and Branch Operations and Administration.  After retiring from Bank of America as an Executive Vice President in 2005, he operated a consulting business. Howard is a director of the Stony Brook University Alumni Association and has held leadership positions with several not-for-profit organizations, including Vice Chairman of TheaterWorks in Hartford, Treasurer of the Artists Collective in Hartford and Chairman of the Urban League of Greater Hartford.
