Martin Geitz has been President and Chief Executive Officer of The Simsbury Bank since 2004. During his over 25 year banking career, Martin led the formation and was President of Cigna Bank & Trust and held a variety of senior positions with Fleet Financial Group. Martin is Chairman of the Board of the Hartford Economic Development Corp. and is a board member of the McLean Foundation, the Simsbury Historical Society, the Simsbury Free Library, and the Charter Oak State College Foundation. He is also a member of the Simsbury-Granby Rotary Club. |

Tony Bisceglio has been Chief Financial Officer of The Simsbury Bank since 1995 and is responsible for the Bank’s accounting, treasury, risk management, strategic planning, operations and information technology functions. Prior to joining the Bank, Tony held senior financial positions with Shawmut National Corporation. Tony is Vice Chairman of the Strategic Issues Council of the Financial Managers Society. He is a board member of the New England College of Finance, and a member of the Connecticut Bankers Association’s Technology and Management Development Committees. |
Terry L. Boulton

Terry Boulton has been Chief Retail Banking Officer of The Simsbury Bank since 2005 and is responsible for customer service through the Bank’s branches and its retail products and services. Prior to joining the Bank, Terry was with Bank of America and its Connecticut predecessors managing several large branches including Simsbury. Terry is a board member of the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce and the Simsbury-Granby Rotary and is a past President of both organizations. |
Paul R. Little

Paul Little has been Chief Lending Officer of The Simsbury Bank since 2006 and is responsible for the Bank’s commercial and consumer lending, credit risk management, and loan operations. Prior to joining the Bank, Paul held commercial real estate lending positions with Liberty Bank and Savings Bank of Manchester. Paul is Warden at St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church, and is active with the Boy Scouts and School Students Publishing Center in Berlin. |

The Simsbury Bank’s board of directors is comprised of local business people and professionals who are committed to retaining a local, sound, independent and community-involved financial institution for the residents and businesses in the towns that the Bank serves. Most of the directors have served on the Board since the Bank opened for business in 1995.
