Paul Little has been Chief Lending Officer of The Simsbury Bank since 2006 and is responsible for the Bank’s commercial and consumer lending, credit risk management, and loan operations. Prior to joining the Bank, Paul held commercial real estate lending positions with Liberty Bank and Savings Bank of Manchester. Paul is Warden at St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church, and is active with the Boy Scouts and School Students Publishing Center in Berlin.

Jay Babcock has 30 years of banking experience, including a broad commercial lending background. He was most recently with First National Bank of Suffield where he was a Vice President of Commercial Lending. Prior to that, he was with New England Savings Bank and Connecticut Bank & Trust. Jay is based in our Avon Branch.

Bob Francolini has an extensive background in commercial real estate banking, as well as real estate development and public administration of housing programs. In his 22 years of banking experience, he has focused on residential land development and construction lending activities. Previously he also developed residential properties, including historic rehabilitations and small commercial properties, and he served for 14 years as a housing administrator for a large municipality. Bob is based in our Granby Branch.

Hobey Hyde has over 30 years experience in commercial lending, commercial real estate lending, SBA and small business lending in the greater Hartford area. He lives in West Hartford with his wife and three sons and is very active with local charities, including Community Health Charities and The Open Hearth. Hobey is based in our Bloomfield Branch.
