These rates are available without customer having any other Simsbury Bank accounts or service relationship. Rates with Pinnacle or Pinnacle Plus Checking: 5 year loan, 60 monthly payments of $18.30 per thousand borrowed; 10 year rate based on 10 year loan, 120 monthly payments of $10.36 per thousand; 15 year rate based on 15 year loan, 180 monthly payments of $7.91 per thousand. Pinnacle Account relationship requires $15,000 in personal deposit balances; Pinnacle Plus requires $25,000 in personal deposit balances plus outstanding fixed home equity loan, home equity line or auto loan balances. Pinnacle and Pinnacle Plus Checking Accounts require a debit card, online banking and e-statements; rate discount ends if Pinnacle or Pinnacle Plus Checking Account requirements are not maintained. Offer applies to qualifying borrowers for owner-occupied 1-4 family and condominium properties within the Bank’s lending geography; loans outside the Bank’s lending geography will be considered on a case by case basis.
