Welcome to Our Home Equity Application Page

We are pleased that you have chosen Simsbury Bank for the tools to meet your financial goals and are excited to bring you this convenient way to apply for a home equity loan or home equity line of credit. If you have any questions about this application, please call any of our branches.

Federal law requires that we obtain your consent before providing required disclosures electronically as you complete our online application. Your consent will apply only to this transaction.

Note: To view, complete and print fillable PDF forms and important disclosure information you will need an Internet Explorer Ver. 6 or greater, the freely available Acrobat Reader version 5.0 (or later) software installed on your computer, access to a printer or the ability to download information in order to keep copies for your records. The free Adobe Acrobat 5.0 Reader can be downloaded at Adobe.com.

Step 1: Review the PDF brochure, "What You Should Know About Home Equity Lines of Credit" from the Federal Reserve Board. You will be asked to confirm that you can access this document during the application process.

Step 2: Click here to begin the Home Equity Application. Included at the end of the application document is the Bank’s Application Disclosure/Important Terms of Our Home Equity Credit Line Account. It is required that you sign and date this section as part of your application for a Home Equity Credit Line Account. It is not required for a Home Equity Loan Account..

Step 3: Make sure to review and complete all pages of the application. Once the application is completed, print the application, but don't close your screen; review the application carefully for errors and make edits if necessary. Important: if you close the document or save the document to your computer in order to complete it later, all data in the fields will be lost. Again, it is required that you sign and date the Application Disclosure/Important Terms of Our Home Equity Credit Line Account as part of your application for a Home Equity Credit Line Account.
