* APR = Variable annual percentage rate based on the wall street journal “prime rate” (“prime”), 3.25% As of 7/21/2010. Maximum apr 18%, minimum apr of 3.49%. Margin is prime minus 1/2%. Draw period is 10 years; repayment period is 10 years. Rate subject to change during life of loan. To qualify for 3.49% Customer must have or open a simsbury bank checking account with online banking, e-statement delivery and debit card. If no checking account and other required services, minimum apr is 3.74%.
