SBT Bancorp Announces Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of SBT Bancorp, Inc., (OTCBB: SBTB, CUSIP 78391C106), the holding company of Simsbury Bank, declared on August 17, 2011 a quarterly cash dividend of $.12 per share payable on September 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on September 1, 2011.

 

Robert J. Bogino, Chairman of the SBT Bancorp and Simsbury Bank boards, said, “The directors of SBT Bancorp are pleased to announce our quarterly dividend.  We are pleased with the company’s performance and will continue to focus on increasing shareholder value in 2011 and beyond.”
