,” said Jocelyn Mitchell. “I enjoyed the Quest program experience immensely, and am extremely proud of the advancement my taskforce made in broadening existing summer internships programs for Hartford area youth.”
The Quest Program offers a unique, experiential approach to leadership training. Over the course of ten months, participants engage in workshops on topics such as communication, leadership styles, collaborative decision making and problem solving, plus field experiences, and individual coaching focused on advanced leadership practices. A key element is the community impact project – a leadership learning laboratory – that provides vital experience and exposure to the region’s assets and challenges.
